Carmen was born in South Africa before her parents migrated to Australia. She has owned her own small business in packaging before successfully selling to a publicly listed company. Carmen's business was the first female owned and operated cardboard manufacturing company in Australia.
After selling her business, she started The Naloba Group with two business partners. With offices in Australia, South Africa and the USA, the company invests in real estate on three continents.
An illness that cannabis helped her manage is why she got involved in the cannabis industry. She got her products from a care giver that wanted to become a micro licensee but didn't have the property to do business. With real estate being her passion, she wanted to help. After 18 months of intense research, she made her move and is focusing on helping the micro licensees, have a place to do business. With a team of like minded avengers, she is building Michigan's first cannabis mall.
