Benjamin J. Rosman, J.D., co-founded PSI Labs in 2015 after a legal career specializing in medical marijuana criminal defense. In his role as CEO, Ben advances PSI Labs’ mission of excellence in scientific testing across Michigan’s medical and recreational markets. He also manages the company’s initiatives, advocacy and strategic growth opportunities in collaboration with key legislative and industry stakeholders. In concert with his work as CEO of PSI Labs, Ben works within the cannabis community as an ambassador for Safety Compliance Facilities in the interest of good laboratory practice, sound science and patient safety, focusing on policy and legislation in matters of rule making and cannabis science. Ben earned his J.D. in 2012 from Wayne State University, and his B.A in 2004 from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is admitted to the bars of the State of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Ben is a member of the Michigan Bar Association’s Marijuana Law Section.
