Mark founded iComply as the first premiere company to assist commerce cannabis operators in becoming, and staying, compliant with marijuana rules and regulation. Since 2011, iComply has led the creation of industry standards, integrity, and excellence serving over 300 clients worldwide. Currently, he serves on the National Cannabis Industry Association's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and its Policy Council representing the interests of people most impacted by the war on cannabis and as the Chairman of the Federal Regulations subcommittee. Mr. Slaugh is also Brazilian American and has worked extensively around LATAM, Europe, and Israel on International Cannabis Compliance and Standards for the emerging global marketplace. He is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
